How I Play Don
There are a few key notes that I just want to stress when it comes to playing Don.
First of all I don't really like playing AU's, it's just not my thing UNLESS we sit down and talk over terms and how its going to work. Like a while ago a Angell and I got to talking about what if she'd pulled through when she was shot and hadn't died. Stuff like that's okay but I'm not going to be like "Oh the stuff with Angell never happened" that's a big part of who Don is and if you choose to erase parts of Don and his canon that's your business and I respect that, it's just not for me.
On almost the same note I see Don as straight. Don't get me wrong I ship Don and Danny like woah, I think they're cute together BUT, I don't see Don as a gay character when I play him, I just don't. He just doesn't come off as anything other then a straight guy. So I play him straight. Now, I feel that Don could be persuaded to the other team but it would take plotting, time, and patience because in my head if you approached Don and said "Lets have buttsex" he'd get wicked pissed off and probably arrest your ass for harassing an officer. In one of the 'gay' verses he has my friend and I sat down and planned it all out, and it took two months of roleplay time for Don to even KISS the other. So you can kinda get where I'm going with this. That can also be applied to all potential interactions/verses/whatever. Things take time to develop. The only time Don slept around is when he was drinking after Jess' death. If that's not how you roll I'm sorry, but it is what it is. I do write smut, and I do it quite well, but unless our characters already have a history together, then he's not hopping into bed with you.
In terms of limits I have no limits when it comes to roleplaying, I've done it all and I don't mind doing almost everything and anything. I don't like RPing out extreme sexual gore (including but not limited to castration, fecal play, mutilation ect) but that's about it. Other then that it's a free for all when it comes to be. Don't be afraid of suggesting things to me as far as rps go, it is highly likely I will say yes.
